Mobile Ne Mujhse Mera Beta Cheen Liya Poem - Binda Vivek

HINDI Poem - ‘Mobile ne Mujhse Mera Betaa Cheen Liya (मोबाइल ने मुझसे मेरा बेटा छीन लिया)’

An original composition of mine brought to you on the auspicious occasion of Mother’s Day.
मातृ दिवस अभिनन्दन - Wishing you all a Happy Mother's day
It has been said in Hindu Scriptures mainly ‘Taittiriya Upanishad [तैत्तिरीय उपनिषद्]’,
मातृ देवो भव।
पितृ देवो भव।
आचार्य देवो भव।
अतिथि देवो भव॥
Maathru Devo Bhava
Pithru Devo Bhava
Aacharya Devo Bhava
Athidhi Devo Bhava.
Honour thy Mother as God.
Honour thy Father as God.
Honour thy Teacher as God.
Honour thy Guest as God.

Be one to whom a Mother is as God, Be one to whom a Father is as God, Be one to whom a Teacher is as God, Be one to whom a Guest is as God.

‘Mobile ne Mujhse Mera Betaa Cheen Liya (मोबाइल ने मुझसे मेरा बेटा छीन लिया)’ is a Hindi poem with a bundle of emotions such as happiness and sadness in regard to neglected old parents. Inspired with the various turbulences in life and those of many of my friends and acquaintances due to mobile, I have tried my best to relate the various ups and downs of an old man who suffers in the absence of his son where the latter does not even seem to realise that prayer to parents is equal to prayer to the Almighty. It also imparts a strong message behind that mobile or any electronic gadget can’t replace the love that parents have for their children. Nowadays, unfortunately, many old parents are sent to HOME just why because their children consider them as a burden. It is said that it is God who writes our Destiny and everything depends on our Karmas meaning action and respecting and serving our parents is equal to Good Karmas(Satkarma – सत्कर्म)
