IT GURU Channel, Mauribhojpuri and Egufaa proudly present EGYAAN, a Hindi Multimedia Interactive Ebook. This was a project was coordinated by Dr Arvind Bissessur and designed and worked out by BINDA Vivek.

Egyaan Interactive Ebook is specially targeted for slow learners (basic learners of Hindi language) especially kids in lower Primary Grade. It consists of various topics such as Prayers, Alphabets. Numbers, Vegetables, Fruits, Days of week, Season, Colors, songs, etc... It is accompanied by audio to help learners not only see the content on screen but also. The voice is that of DR Anjalee Chintamunnee, Senior lecturer at MGI (Mauritius).

With the new generation of today, it is very important to share these ancestral heritages so that they understand the fact that new games cannot replace these traditional games as they contain much fun and interaction which children love.

Ghur Ghur Rani song formed part of the Bhojpuri GRADE 2 Textbook introduced in the Primary Schools of Mauritius years back. Thanks to the Bhojpuri panel team who gave due importance to this Traditional Bhojpuri game song. The children who participated in this play game are from the Shiv Mahima Sabha Balsakha Hindi Paathshaalaa being run at the Gopeechand Chuttur Govt School, Ecroignard, Bel Air, Riviere Seche, Mauritius.
